Blackberry ice cream

Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients.

Mix with milk and condensed milk on the highest level, heat to 85 °, cool.

Add blackberries and lemon juice, mix well.

Then stir in the cream, mix briefly.

Let ripen in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.

Mix, freeze.

Possibly with Variegato layers.
