Ingredients

75 ml milk
145 g weiche Butter
150 g cane sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
190 g flour
a pinch of salt
10 g ground cinnamon (depending on taste +/-)

Preparation

Step 1:
First, use a hand mixer or a food processor to mix butter, white and brown sugar at the highest level to a foamy mass.
Step 2:
Then add the remaining ingredients (sieve the flour so that there are no lumps) and mix them in carefully on a low heat.
Step 3:
Roll out the dough about 1 cm thick and freeze it overnight.
Step 4:
Cut into small pieces.
