Super delicious ice cream that tastes like Snickers. The preparation is quick and the result is awesome. So that it goes quickly, without long preparation, I only use the finished product in the ice cream. Of course you can also make the ingredients like caramel cream yourself. The base is a peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter with pieces. Then ours goes into the ice Toffee caramel Variegato, which I mix with some cream to make it thinner and flowable. Last but not least is ours Chocolates Variegato Crema-Cioccolato into the ice cream and our ice cream is like Snickers Perfecto.

Ingredients

90 g Eis-Perfecto
40 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
75 g sugar
15 g vanilla sugar
690 g whole milk 3,5%
75 g peanut butter with pieces (you can also do without)
a pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa
Variant without sugar
120 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
90 g xylitol
700 g whole milk 3,5%
75 g peanut butter with pieces (you can also do without)
a pinch of salt
Optional 8g Perfecto-Cremosa
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
120 g Crema Cioccolato Variegato
110 g toffee caramel Variegato mixed with about 10g-15g cream

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk and dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes
Step 3:

Now add the peanut butter and mix in carefully so that the peanut pieces remain whole.
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method
Step 5:

Now fill the finished ice cream in layers in a container and between each layer, first the crema cioccolato Variegato Spread and then the toffee caramel Variegato just smudge it on the chocolate Variegato lies and does not mix. Then again the next layer of ice.
