90 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel Perfecto
70 g sugar
615 g warm (approx. 50° C) milk 3,5%
100 g cream 30%
70 g white chocolate ICEPASTE Movito
40 g hazelnut paste
pea salt
Optional 8 g cremosa paste Perfecto
Sugar-free
120 g Perfeco-X
15g XBindemittel Perfecto
60 g xylitol
595 g warm (approx. 50° C) milk 3,5%
100 g cream 30%
70 g white chocolate ICEPASTE Movito
40 g hazelnut paste
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, white chocolate, hazelnut paste and dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
