Ingredients

Lemon curd
2 eggs
50 g butter
50 g xylitol
grated lemon peel from 2 organic lemons
70 g lemon juice (from approx. 2 lemons)

90 g xylitol
1 pr. Salt
100 g Perfecto-X
15g XPerfecto-Binder
15 g lemon juice
480 g Greek yogurt
180 g double cream cheese
150 g of homemade lemon curd

Preparation

Preparation of the classic lemon curd
Step 1:
Rub the lemon peel and squeeze the lemons, measuring 70 g of the juice.
Step 2:
Melt the butter in a saucepan
Step 3:
Add lemon juice, zest of lemon zest and xylitol and stir well
