Pistachio Cake Ice Cream

I love these ice cream cakes and therefore I had to have a nut cake ice cream.

Pistachio is my personal favorite among the nuts and that's why our dear ice cream man gave me a balance of this great recipe.

All in all, the ice cream has a nice cake taste and pistachio comes through well.

Will probably work with other nuts too

Step 1:
Break the biscuits into small pieces and add the pistachios Variegato add... fold... and that Variegato set aside until ready to use
Step 2:
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Step 3:
Mix the dry ingredients, whole milk, pistachio paste and cookie paste on the highest setting for two minutes
Step 4:
Let the finished ice cream base mature in the fridge for at least an hour (you can also do it overnight)
Step 5:
Freeze the ice base in the ice maker or with the hand method
Step 6:
Just before the end of the freezing process, add the roasted pistachios to the ice cream
Step 7:
The finished ice cream in layers (ice cream, Variegato, ice...etc until the ice is completely decanted) into a suitable freezer container
Step 8:
Freeze for 24 hours in the freezer at -18 degrees
