Ingredients

375 g of water
360 g cream 30%
95 g Perfecto-X
10g XBindemittel-Perfecto
120 g xylitol
40 g of cocoa
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Bring the cocoa to the boil together with the water.
Step 2:
Mix the remaining dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Mix the cocoa-water mix and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add the cream and mix in briefly.
Step 5:
Let the ice cream mix in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 6:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Very tasty, creamy in the mouth, nice and chocolatey (we used a little more cocoa powder) and above all not so sweet. the first chocolate ice cream that I like.
