Step 1:
Perfectomix the ingredients and the salt
Step 2:
Chop the chocolate into small pieces
Step 3:
Mix the cocoa and almond milk and bring to the boil, then remove from the stove
Step 4:
Add the chopped chocolate and melt while stirring
Step 5:
Allow the mixture to cool, then add the remaining ingredients except the cream and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Step 6:
Add the cream and mix on a low level for 30 seconds.
Step 7:
Let the mixture mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 8:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
