Mix all dry ingredients.
Roughly chop the white nougat.
The milk and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting 2min. mix.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Now add the white nougat and stir continuously for 10 minutes at a lower temperature
Let it steep at a temperature (ideally 85 ° C). Be careful not to burn it!
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
